Will The ram work with the motherboard correctly?

This is what I ended up ordering:

• 1 x EVGA P67 FTW 160-SB-E679-KR LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
  
• 1 x Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM
  
• 1 x Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I72600K
  
• 1 x Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F120GBGT-BK 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
  
• 1 x CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9.

I noticed a discrepancy on the mothersboards' ram standard. The specs say DDR3 2133+. The ram I ordered is DDR3 1600. Will this be a problem? I was under the impression that you could use slower ram. Can some one please clarify this for me? I still have time to alter the order.

Some motherboards can be very picky about what RAM you use it them.
This is one of the main reasons that motherboard makers now often publish RAM/MB compatibility lists.
It is also virtually impossible to test every RAM type in every board, so often we are left with trial and error.
Based on page 2 of the spec sheet, your RAM will probably work, since it can use many speeds (2133 is just the MAX it can handle).
But make sure you're buying from a place with a good return policy, in case it doesn't work (like Newegg).
