The RAMdisk software i use at work is the same one i use at home, I done some testing with it, and the performance over 3ssd's in raid 0 was marginal so i didn't continue with it. But this version builds the drive, saves the image, and autoloads it for you on startup if you want. here is a link to it, they have a free trial too i think. make sure you get the desktop/workstation one and not the server one, the desktop version is a lot more powerful and robust.
