I've considered building a macros thread, but it's a lot more work than just "gogo". Especially being at the tail end of an expansion when we know Blizz is probably going to change everything with MoP.
I was going to say this. The wiki would be a great repository for this information. I'm not sure if it's a true wiki that anyone can edit or if the owner has it locked down, though.
