If you're going to PI, do it before any spells. Ideally, don't macro it. it's far to valuable to just throw in a macro. Stack it with mana burn to rape a healer's mana bar, force a mage to evocate, or even confuse the balls off a lock. Even better would be to stack it with Holy Fire -> Smite Spam. Just make sure you Penance yourself + bubble yourself before you use PI to reduce the chance of getting it stolen / purged.

I'd also consider dropping Inspiration and Improved renew and picking up Renewed Hope -> Strength of Soul to be able to free cast 2 flash heals every 45 seconds without fear of silence. This would also give you the ability to Self Bubble -> IF -> Dispel UA.

You're also going to suffer by having to stack hit gear to make sure you're landing Holy Fire and Smites. Instead you should pick up the Divine Accuracy Glyph negating the need to stack hit.

For running multiple disc's I'd even consider dropping veiled shadows (unless you're using your fiend for kill chances) and pick up 2 points in Darkness.

Make sure you're able to throw fear ward on everyone but again, you'll want to protect it, so penance yourself and/or bubble.

Once you get your 4 piece: It may take some practice (it did for me) but don't preemptively bubble against a class that can slow you. Save your bubble for holy walk VS a snare. It'll help greatly.

Edit: Remember you can Mind Sear friendly targets, Make a macro/keymap that will have everyone Mind Sear each other. It's great for finding stealthed Rogues / Druids

Is the high hit just to handle bosses? I figured PVP doesn't need much hit.

I use holy nova for this - since I can move whilst casting.

Thanks for all your input though - I'll integrate your suggestions into my setup, your insight into possible situations is helpful

Ideally you'll want to get enough hit to be able to hit a level 85 (another player) That way you're fears always land, your dispels never miss. Past that you'll want the smite glyph to be able to hit the bosses to proc the healing for the melee on bosses without fear of missing.
