The biggest problems are the CPU and graphics. 9500s are mainstream GPUs. I suspect you can still multibox 4 WoW clients at super-low settings on all 4 and a minimal addon setup. For the newer games, I think you'll be hard pressed to run more than 2, maybe 3.
    i am currently multiboxing 5 toons on a core 2 e8400 with 4 gig of ram and a radeon hd 6870 all on ultra setting slave are fps maxed at 24 main is 45 and it runs like a charm... 2 weeks ago i was doing it with a geforce 8800gt 1 gig with main on ultra and rest on low and it was good...

    as long as the cards are directx 11 capable its speeds up everything
