I dont know a whole bunch on tweaking my system but if you want to give links or advice on that too I sure would appreciate it

Right now im running 2 on World of Warcraft and have both running easily at 50 fps with no lag. Settings on slave are on low. I use 2 monitors right now one is a 24" and the other is a 22". with a single instance i have 150 fps and all settings at ultra.

My questions is wuts the max i can do with this current setup?

I can't offer much advice, but slaves should be frame capped at 15-20 FPS. There's no need for them to run higher than that. Even 10FPS is good enough in many cases.

To set the max foreground FPS, where # is the FPS limit you want

    /console maxfps #

To set the max background FPS, which is the non-active window

    /console maxbkfps #

Second, you can always test for yourself by getting a few trial accounts.

I'll leave the hardware stuff to people who know what they're talking about.

With that amount of RAM I would say, 3 would be the comfortable limit, any more you'll face issues of your computer accessing page file a lot more than it needs to.

Just keep in mind 750mb~ average per WoW instance and the RAM already consumed by your operating system.

    Yeah, I agree with Ashley.

RAM will be your limiting factor here

and with a 32 bit OS, you'd have to reformat/reinstall windows to get 64 bit. Maybe look into getting a 2500k with a $100 p67 board and 8gb of ram.

4GB is plenty enough to 5-box. We used to do that on Q6600 quad cores before 64bit Windows and the i7 CPUs became popular. The biggest problems are the CPU and graphics. 9500s are mainstream GPUs. I suspect you can still multibox 4 WoW clients at super-low settings on all 4 and a minimal addon setup. For the newer games, I think you'll be hard pressed to run more than 2, maybe 3.

I can't 5 box on my laptop anymore like I used to and I used to use a dual core, 4GB ram and 512mb graphics.

    I 5-box comfortably on:

    - core2duo
    - 8meg RAM
    - 8500 graphics card (512 meg)
    - standard HDD
    - Windows 7 premium 64bit

5 was a little painful with 4gig, which is why I upgraded windows and RAM, but you'll be able to run 2/3 instances comfortably.

Your constraints should be fixed in this order:
    -operating system to 64bit
    -RAM
    -CPU
    -Graphics card
    -HDD

You really should look at upgrading to 64-bit windows.
32-bit has a RAM max of 4GB - this includes system RAM AND graphics RAM. (and any mobo/sound card as well, but minimal so meh). http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929605
Meaning you're using at least 5GB worth on an OS that can't utilise it properly.
I remember one of my previous rigs having 2.5GB of system ram available because the graphics/sound used up the rest.

Nearly everything that works on 32-bit windows will work on 64-bit windows. The only thing I've come across that doesn't , is unsigned device drivers won't install on 64-bit windows (security/licensing), and that was only once in the last 5ish years of using 64-bit windows.
