What race to chose for PvP

Hi guys. Im thinking about changing faction and server for my shamans. And I have a few questions...

Ive been thinking about orc, goblin or tauren for my shamans.

Tauren:
5 % more health (Passive)
5 % nature resistance (Passive)
Warstomp. (2sec stun on a 2min CD) But this shares DR

Goblin:
Rocket jump (2min CD, shares DR with trinkets)
Rocket Barrage (2min CD, shares DR with trinkets)
1 % more haste (Passive)

Orc:
Duration of stun effects reduced by 15 % (Passive)
Blood Fury (increase attack power and spell power)

Im leaning towards taurens for the warstomp, I can imagine 4 x warstomps in round robin could be usefull in smokebombs and right before hexing.

The rocket jump would also be pretty good for avoiding RoF, and jumping out of smokebombs. But does the rocket jump share CD with trinkets? Im guessing the rocket barrage still shares CD with trinket?

How much spell power do you gain when popping Blood Fury @ max lvl? Orcs seems more like a dmg booster race, compared to tauren and goblins.

Any thoughts?
