To add to Ualaa’s comments I’ll put down the Dungeon Chain I’m using now. (In the last two months I boosted 5 sets of 4 to 80, Grant a leveled 7 on my main account)
For travel, I do have “Have Group Will Travel” (HGWT) but I’ve learned how to get around without using it. If you set your account up as Ualaa explained:
A > B > C
A > D > E
The issue you will have is that your A account can only summon one dude, so say he summon’s B and B can Summon C, D and E are stuck. You can almost always find a summoning stone so I will RAF summon one toon from the main account then use the stone to pull the rest. That leaves your RAF cool downs open for the next dungeon if you happen to go there in less than a half hour. If I plan on flying direct I’ll take one toon with me on the back of the rocket then RAF summon the rest. Because I seem to hit the “5 instances in an hour” cap quite often in the early dungeons I try to move to new dungeons to do the quest that are available. A Change in the last patch put quest givers at the beginning of almost every dungeon which really makes it easier to find and finish the dungeon quest. More quest will also bring in a little more gold to help level the toons and pay for their mount training. I’ve been getting enough gold just doing the dungeon quests to get everyone trained up to cold weather flying without having to send them any cash.
I use my rogue as a booster which is not normal however being in a LVL 25 guild gives him Mass Res If I'm not paying attention and someone gets killed and FOK makes killing things extremely easy, It only gets iffy near level 80
Almost all of this I picked up from reading the forums here; for example another trick is to set your Loot method to Master Looter passing on random loot. Now you aren't wasting to much time looting worthless crap, a chicken bone and 5 copper aren't worth 5 seconds of your time. (One exception to this is when you are hitting the time cap)
1-10 -> Questing
10-18 -> Shadowfang Keep (RAF/Summoning Stone)
18-24 -> Stockades (RAF/Summoning Stone)
A lot of people just go straight to the monastery, again my issues is hitting the 5 Inst per hour cap. So I move the toons to Stormwind using the Stockades Summoning stone and while I’m there I buy the Tabard, it’ll pay off to have SW rep maxed out when you go to level your mount skill. I also make SW their home until I hit Northrend where I keep them in Dalaran, it’s nice to be able to go to one room to train your toons and you can get to SW instantly through the portal.
The other option I've used is having the Mage on my main account stationed at SFK then open a Portal to Stormwind, this also works to get them to Dalaran. I do recommend leveling a mage early to help you get your teams around. A Warlock could also be useful.
24-39 -> Scarlet Monastery, 4 wings per reset until they become obsolete (RAF/Summoning Stone)
I use the Cathedral to get them to 30 then do the quest chains in each ending with the Cathedral. You will probably hit the 5 Inst / Hour cap Even looting everything I hit the wall. Some people will leave the toons near the entrance and pull everything to the bottom befor killing everyone. I like to pull my toons to the bottom of the stairs, go in kill the homeboy in the hidden room then come out kill the main guy then quickly kill the chick and run for the door. I'll get stopped, everyone will start attacking you, she will bring him and and if you walk just leave the building everyone on the upper deck outside will attack. This doesn't work if you kill the two bosses the second time inside. Again some people pull them to the bottom but I like to be able to kill the dude in the back.... you may be able to hit him without killing him and leave getting him to chase you, haven't tried that.
39-43 -> Scholomance (Guy on Rocket / RAF) (Ton on quests right in the door)
43-54 -> Blackrock Depths (Heart main and 1 toon to SW, Rocket to Instance and RAF the rest.) I only run the bottom until I get to 51, then in the final run I’ll finish all of the quest and the rest of the dungeon.
54-59 -> Upper Black Rock Spire / Lower Black Rock Spire (Rocket/RAF)
59-62 -> Hellfire Ramparts (RAF/Summoning Stone)
You can come here at 58 and move on earlier howver because I can run this instance without moving the toons past the entrance I’ll do this one at least 4 times before moving on. I only take the toons with me to complete the quest. The quest givers are now right inside the door. You may hit the cap here.
62-64 -> Blood Furnace (Rocket, it only takes a second to move them one at a time with the rocket)
64-66 -> Mana Tombs (Rocket/RAF)
66-70 -> Auchindoun Counter Clockwise Circuit: Mana-Tombs (64-66)(East Entrance), Auchenai Crypts (65-67)(North Entrance), Sethekk Halls (67-69)(West Entrance), Shadow Labyrinth (69-70)
A lot of people will move to Northrend at 68, I try to cap out at 70 before going simply because the progress slows down in Northrend and I like to start the dungeon quest at 70 to keep the momentum going.
70-72 -> The Nexus (RAF/Summoning Stone) If you get tired of doing the Nexus you can also do Utgarde Keep (70-72)(It now has three quest right inside the door)
72-75 -> Azjol Nerub, Ahn'Kahen, Violet Hold (RAF/Summoning Stone)
75-77 -> Drak'tharon keep (74-76), Gundrak (76-78) (RAF/Summing Stone)
77-79 -> Halls of Stone (77-79) Halls of Lightning (78-80) (RAF/Summing Stone)
79-80 -> Utgarde Pinnacle (78-80) I use the quest here to help me hit 81 with Grant a level. I’ll watch my B and D accounts and once they almost hit 80 I’ll Grant a Level them to 80.99 and then turn in all of the quest here to punch them over.
80-81 -> Questing (Hyjal)
