As was said above, pvp takes a bit of time to get (somewhat) balanced

What you have to realize is the lead class/PvP designer in SW:ToR was the lead designer for Warhammer. Then ask yourself how much things are likely to change
All I have to say is I am SICK OF HUTTBALL!!!!! It's so difficult to get a win on my guy. I have had wins not count for the daily and then I have been dropped to login screen during wins. Talk about frustrating. I changed my spec and have some pvp gear now. PVP is still crap but at least I can enjoy it alittle now. Fixing the OP kill you in 2 seconds bug has made life easier.
