I might have made a few people mad today. The same shaman won two weapons off DW and I handed one to my other shaman and left. I feel a little guilty, but not too much. During the run I also realized I don't need to box anymore. I don't take more than one into normal DS and the team is no longer needed for conquest points since you can get those in random BGs. I don't care to box heroics either... So i'm not even sure why I box. Only upside I can come up with is in LFR I can gear my guys up faster with more chances to win drops.

I've found that just kick the complainer as soon as they start talking, kick them before they kick you,
you got 4 - 5 votes, use it.

I've kicked a few times on my shaman, I've found that it's easier to just requeue and go with a non fail group.
