Do you find its worth having Death Coil on most of the time?

I've got Frost Strike and Death Coil, in my Runic Power dump section.
With the FS key getting called twice as often.
And a toggle to disable DC entirely.

Most of the weekend I had DC off, as FS is a lot more damage for a Frost DK.
But DC is ranged, which can be nice.

What are your thoughts?
