Anyone else having Keymaps randomly turn off?

Not really sure what is causing it.

Cannot see anything that disables keymaps on a window shift (from one toon to another).
And the setup did not do this previously, without any changes that should account for it.

When I switch from one toon to another, or even sometimes am on the same character and have mounted or gone Cat Form.
And then move to a new location and press an FTL DPS key, usually "1", "3" or "4" (Wrath, Moonfire, or Insect Swarm), sometimes only the active toon will respond.
If I switch to a new window, either via the G-Key hotkey or mouse clicking on a smaller window... that character then casts when I press the hotkey but not any of the others.

The other oddity, my Shift D mapped key (hotkey - Shift D, action - send keybind Shift D to all windows) will occasionally do nothing at all but other times do Travel Form on the slaves (Shift F is Travel Form, Shift G is Flight(when Flyable) / Travel(when Not-Flyable), while doing Cat Form on the current window... and sometimes do nothing on any window.

Once this kicks in, the only fix is to click on the IS Boxer Toolkit, and then Ctrl E (the shortcut, to Export to Inner Space).
Once that is done, everything is fine again until it randomly kicks in again.

Any ideas?

Note - I'm not using FTL DPS, for most of my teams.
I've gone and copied that Keymap, and then Pasted it and renamed it for the whichever team is in question.
And then gone and Whitelisted various Keymaps, so the desired team can only use the Keymaps that are relevant to them (Control + General + Their_Keymap).

In this case "Green Character Set" and "Green (Resto) + Control + General".

Sometimes I have to exit out of the games and reenter when things break. Cant seem to figure out why, seems random.

Like I will be playing and all of a sudden all keys will transmit. Or all of a sudden the interact with target key will no longer assist first.

I used to get this semi-regularly. Really annoying in PVP with 4 Dk's and a Pally driving. Then I discovered that it was user error. I redid my spam attack/ctm/iwt as per Ualaa's post on the isboxer forums. Works like a dream now.

In fact it works so well I went from full quest greens and quest blue's to full pvp purples this AV Weekend. Thanks Ualaa, Mosq2 and Lax. You guys rock.
