Ok, I revisited this and got some exciting (theorycrafted) news to tell you.

It's definitely possible to 10 box the entire raid in LFR, I thought the 4th boss would be tricky but, all you have to do is make a conga macro where each character follows one, making a line of 10, and then you just run in a big arc around the poles.

Was exactly what I was going to suggest. Konga line = profit.

Turns out thats a fail idea as I tried it in LFR.

Best thing to do is a formation macro and then turn on repeater to make them all run like a gaggle of girls chasing a football.

Spread and heal while the other 15 people deal with the lightning nodes?

Nah,

I just spread out into my 10 point formation (bowling pins) and then put repeater on and ran slightly behind the main pack so the lightning kept jumping around my toons and back to the main pack.

It's all easy mode anyway, I don't think a single boss enrages.

btw on hagara grounding totem will eat the shattered ice she does right after/before focussed assault. There is no other spell in the encounter that will consume your totem, so you can basically just drop it.
