Is BLIZZ truely allow Multiboxing and Isboxer?

When I was making my Feral team...
They were actually going to be Boomkins at the time...

Another boxer player happened to be making 5x Night Elves (I think Priests) at the same time.
So by pure chance, two different players happened to be making 5-box teams, and configuring their level 1's at the same time.

The only other two players in the area kept coming back and saying things like, "Enjoy your ban. Cheater. Hacking", etc...
A little while later, a GM shows up and chats with me for a while; chances are he did the same with the other boxer.
He ended it, something like... If you don't mind, I'll watch you for a while, I love to see cool things players do in the game.

Sometime in 2003 or 2004 a GM in EQ1 summoned me to the CS room and said I was cheating because both of my characters talked at the same time.

I explained to him how i did it and I have never talked to a GM about boxing in any game since .....

It is pretty random.

I did full automation in Omens for months on end, even in raids with many other people laughing about it. I ran CCH for the entire raid, even having some log off and play other toons while I did it just to get it done. Imagine a completely automated complete heal team! They would have contingencies on who to heal if the main tank dropped and would do group healing and other work when they were not next on the CCH list. We also did full automation for Tunat'Muram. That was a blast.

I never got bothered in EQ about it. I think people appreciated the fact it could be done better without having us play them ourselves. Someone would always, always screw up the CCH rotation doing it by hand.

WoW is an easier game though. I don't even consider it for WoW and run a very modest setup today.

Of course some of our inner circle got banned later on for item duping abusing the guild feature. Otherwise nothing. My EQ characters are probably still there.
