I'm not sure what you're dreading here (unless you're reading Ualaa's guide which might seem like a lot of reading for what you want, because it is) because from what you just said it should take 3-5 minutes to be done configuring... and I never would have expected in a thousand years for someone to say same class in ISBoxer and different class with something else. (I would expect exactly opposite; PB is mostly the same as Keyclone after all)

1. No, ISBoxer is designed for you to only ever need a single game folder. You CAN use multiple folders if you want, but doing so is just adding complexity (and likely hurting performance).

2. After running the Quick Setup Wizard, if your short list of key presses goes beyond 1 through =, add them with the Many New Mapped Keys window as explained by the quick start guide: WoW Quick Start Guide: Quickly add many hotkeys, optionally with auto-assist
