Window Layout Issue

So I had to buy a new monitor because the old one went into smoke. I bougth a 32" TV to use for secondary PC monitor and TV ofcause ..

It connects fine and act like it is Display2 in windows, and Display1 is mainscreen

The issue comes in ISBoxer Suite when im trying to set up my window layout magicly my 2nd screen appears as my mainscreen as Display2 is written first in ISboxer
Then Display1 becomes my secondary monitor meaning it will have all the clones on it.

Thats pretty annoying since I want my clones on Display2 and Main on Display1

Somehow I just cant change that in ISBoxer at all

Any Suggestions?
