LFR experiences?

Ran my three shaman through and not a person noticed. I won three tokens and a trinket, so sweet since one of my shaman now has four piece bonus now.

Baine - was the hardest boss of all the new 5man bosses.

It took me 10+ attempts to get him down. With 4sham + Pal.

Make sure you dispell your tank if baine has touched the lava.
USE THE TOTEM THROW > This is key < You can use it asap for more dmg, or try to time it to stop the island break.
Plan ahead, position Baine and your toons with your next island in mind. This way you spend minimal time in the lava. > Save Tank cooldowns for after the first island break.

I haven't tried the tactic of jumping in the lava to avoid the break... I'll test this next time I get Baine.
