Did you guys make sure the "Make game believe it is foreground window" option is enabled in your Character Set?When I launch the game normally, sound is fine, no problems at all, but when I launch it through ISBoxer, I don't get any sound from my windows, which isn't very good for a fully voiced MMO. I can tab to windows and sounds is fine, in the game windows nothing.
Also if anyone is sending a keystroke to the other windows that includes a modifier like Alt, Shift or Ctrl, you may need to enable the Hold option on your Mapped Key. Sadly SWTOR is one of those games that checks the modifier state asynchronously after the fact, instead of checking whether the modifier was held when you pressed the key -- by enabling Hold, you ensure that Alt (or whatever modifier) is held down until you let go.
Keep the questions etc coming![]()
yeah im having problems with assist aswell.
i can press ALT-T in game and it works fine but pressing the keybind I have setup that sends ALT-T to the windows does nothing.
getting fed up with this now

Yup, foreground window option is enabled.
If I revert inner space back to the 5475 release then when the first window launches the game has got sound, if I upgrade to 5477 then no sound.
Ah, just tried Rift with 5477, no sound on that too, must be something to do with the new dev release of inner space, as I've been happily boxing Rift for the past month with no problems.
I am running Windows 7 64-bit and using the onboard sound on my Gigabtye motherboard

i decided to try to single box instead of multiple machine box TOR. However im running into issues getting 2 clients to launch.
Do we need multiple folder of the game to run to instances on 1 machine properly?
Sound Note for Lax:
I am also experiencing sound issues with the new is dev release but its interestingly enough only happening based on certain launch styles.
Windows Vista 64 on MainPC, on my 2 other PCs i was using initially to test SWTOR with, if i launched them from my main machine the Sound works fine. But my main machines client sound would be mute. I did have foreground checked.
The other 2 machines are running win 7 64 and win vista 32. If i launch the clients locally on the machiens themselves from IS the sound does go mute. But if i launch them as a "Also Launch" from my main machine the sounds work fine. This is currently effecting SWTOR and Rift, i have not tested WoW.

No, 1 folder. If you needed multiple folders I would have mentioned that in the HOWTODo we need multiple folder of the game to run to instances on 1 machine properly? If you don't have both the IS and ISBoxer updates, you will not be able to launch 2 instances.
Also, can you guys with the sound issues try Inner Space build 5478? It's a development build, just restart Inner Space and patch it up.
