Well, I think a good start would be to make use of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=54637 and never-ever use Blood Strike in this game anymore!
You also don't use Icy Touch as you really need to get the Howling Blast glyph (http://www.wowhead.com/item=45806). Rune Strike also does less damage than a normal Frost Strike, so you don't even have to bother with that 1 either.
Last advice would be to drop Frost Presence for Unholy Presence.

Are you DWing or 2Handing? I dual-wield with mine, but 2H should work just fine too.

This is my spec for them. It's not a usual spec as you aren't playing just "one Death Knight". It's not the most optimal DPS spec, but it surely provides for a better setup for my playstyle.
The glyphs are however most likely the best you can do.... The 3 main ones are quite standard so I don't think there is much to explain there. The major ones are simply to increase the range of DG (and since bursting people is so much easier when they are in range I always had that), AMS duration for all kind of handy stuff, especially when you sit inbetween a group of enemy players, it's nice to be immune for a long time to a lot of stuff like CC and the Strangulate glyph is great to have it on rotation and then silence healers for 6 seconds.

I also run Mind Freeze on a round robin with a 2 second delay (2x 5 = 10 sec), so I don't bother manually interrupting in melee range.
Oh and for your IWT, I actually linked it with my 3 mains (Frost Strike, Howling Blast & Obliterate).

1 last question though would be if you froze your XP at 70, because if you did, you will end up with all the 70 twinks and while I actually did good there, it is not the BG in which you want to start learning your characters.... Trust me.

    Edit:
Actually a quick armory check shows/answers some of my questions and doh, you really need those glyphs badly man! Start with Glyph of Obliterate and Howling Blast as your Prime ones, AMS and Death Grip as your Majors and Horn of Winter & Resilient Grip as your Minors. And you will indeed really need that DG rotation setup. If you plan at staying in the 70 bracket I'd also consider a respec to at least get Lichborne, it's nice for healing but also another anti-fear cooldown.

Oh and a last useful tip might be that Plague Strike isn't even worth it all that often. You lose a lot of your burst when wasting an entire GCD to that. It is a DPS improvement if your target is alive long enough for it's duration, but normally you should kill a target within 10 seconds of your first Howling Blast, so there is no need to cast Plague Strike there.

When leveling my Alliance team I actually had a lot of fun in the 70 bracket by sitting here.

Basically "under" the road and then just wait for the gigantic wave of Hordes after a ress to then spam howling blast and kill like 30 people in 1 go. As a Horde you can easily achiev the same by waiting in the building the Alliance has to pass to get to your last 2 towers. I always waited in the corner and just sprayed Howlings over the bypassing groups.

But yes, thinking about it, the biggest issue at this point would be not having glyphs and running a cast sequence that would make you do less damage than only spamming Howling Blast and not even casting a single other spell. And don't give up! I'm sure you will stomp through the Alliance waves once you got it under control .

PS: If you ever live-streamed... could maybe use that to see where there is room for improvement in a BG.
