RAF instance, weird..

Last night i use toonA (85) and toon B(85) to lead toon C(76),D(76),E(76) on instance for x3 experiences. First i take them to Gundrak and play couple rounds. And then i take them to Drak'Tharon Keep, i found that there are no any x3 experiences on toon C, D, E. Afteralll, i take them back to Gundrak, it have x3 experiences...So, why's that?

You shouldn't be getting RaF experience at all because your main character is NINE levels above C, D, and E.
You must be within four levels of one another to gain the 300% increased experience.
