Default Arena points and next season

So I have a question. I have enough arena points for another piece of 384 gear and then some. Should I be saving this for next season? Will the honor gear be higher than 384? Or should I spend it before its gone (assuming they wipe points).

edit: One other question, how come the people I face get 96 points a win and I get like 10? Is it because they are newly formed? Should I be reforming my group once in a while if Im stuck at 1600?

if I remember correctly, you cannot save conquest points to new season. conquest points will be transferred to honor. When the season ends, you can buy arena gear (i384) for honor for one weak. After this weak, all excess honor points above 4k cap will be changed to gold. New gear will be added to honor and conquest vendor respectively. Honor gear should have highter iLvl than current arena gear.

^ Yup. Just like last season.

As for mmr, there is no reason to start a new team. Sure you will get 95/96 per win but only until you reach you mmr as you are at currently. Raise you mmr....win more - i.e dont lose to <1800 teams.

Oh no I didnt mean that the conquest would carry over, I meant that I could use it to buy gear that would be slightly better than 384 for honor starting next season. I seem to remember that last season they upgraded the honor armor from 365 to 371 or something like that. Was just wondering if I should spend it now or save it, but if they are giving me gold for anything above 4k guess I better spend it.

Right, you can buy the new honor items after the season starts, however you carry over only mx 4k honor like everyone else. Honor over 4k gets converted to gold when Season 11 starts.

Theoretically there should be new conquest ilvl 403 pieces and honor ilvl 390 pieces after the new season starts. Oh, and I think even the crafted pvp sets are being bumped to ilvl 377 as well.

Sorry a few more questions I thought of:

1.If I push for tier 2 weapons do ratings stay all season? I mean if I hit 2200 in 3s or 5s can I stop and just get points in 2s? Or will the rating drop if I dont play?

    2. Also, does getting high rating in 2s increase your arena point cap?

    3. And lastly, if I get 2200 and do my 5 matches a week can I get the rest of my points filled doing 2s up to my cap for being 2200?
