Any update on the follow-up regarding 3rd party software?

Actually I've had a chat with a german speaking GM yesterday. He told me that any 3rd party software which is not "approved" by Bioware should not be used. From my understanding this would also include software allowing to run two clients on one system (I've explained him that I want to use the software to overcome this limitation).

I know that the GMs are not always familiar with Boxing.... so having any other feedback from a GM would be more than welcome for me.

I have spoken with GM's a few times. Perhaps one comment from one of the GMs I spoke with may clarify what yours told you...

Bioware has no issue with multiboxers. However, Bioware, will not support any help while using a third party software. Any software used must not break the EULA... I.e. no injecting of code, copying of code, altering game client code, etc etc. No automated functions which would allow the user to walk away from the game and continue to play itself.

I've contacted them 3 times now trying to get them to elaborate. And 3 times now they've closed my ticket with a canned "Thanks for your feedback!" response.

Ok, I finally got this vague, yet uninformative response last night - almost a month after my first ticket

Take it however you like. The email I sent contained several very explicit and detailed questions and this kinda, sorta, maybe almost answers part of 1, so....
