    I don't think it matters what the name on the battle.net is vs credit card.

    IE: what if your battle.net says John Doe and you use your Wife's card -- Jane Doe?

    I think the issue is, when you separated characters from the old way (prior to battle.net). You needed the same last name on the new account the character was being transferred to (I assume this still applies if you transfer a character to a new battle.net account).

    I prob just made this more confusing after re-reading what I just wrote, lol.
