Having a hard time uploading an image to the commons.

Cannot upload a screenshot.
Doesn't work, from the space on my internet provider (which was in my original post, Vial of the Sands x5).
Doesn't work from the file in "The Blog", which is now on dual-boxing.com.
Also doesn't work from Imgur.com, which is the first site suggested amongst the "approved" sites.
