The Look at this guy is a comedian named Ed Bassmaster. He does tons of characters. He post all the hidden camera pranks on youtube within his channel. This character goes up to people and tells them to look at this. Stuff he does to these unsuspecting people is hilarious.

I am in the same boat, I feel actually uncomfortable watching this (too empathic I guess), but then again it's so much over the top I eventually have to laugh.
