Depending on what you want to do...

You could easily transfer an efficient booster, from an existing account to one of the newer accounts.
Then use the booster, to level your groups.

Not sure your situation or what would work best.
But a character account move is an option.
As is calling Customer Service to change your RAF link method; if you're polite, they can be extremely helpful.
