Default Want to level a toon before granting RAF levels

    A > B
    A > C

I will be leveling one toon in each account to 70. I want to get two more toons in A to 70 by granting levels.

Account A already has one toon at 35 and another at 20. What is the fastest way to get another toon to 35?

If you have an AB RAF link, and an AC RAF link...

Have a booster on either B or C.
Who will boost a toon on A + the other.
Those two toons both get the RAF bonus.
And with boosting you level very quickly.

The alternative is to grant levels, which you want to save for when the toons are 35.
Or to level without boosting, which would be slower.

My understanding is that the toons only get RAF bonus if they are within 4 levels of each other. So I assume you are suggesting creating new toons on A and B and then boost them with the level 70 toon from C.

    Is that right?

    Yeah, create new toons.

    You need to be directly RAF linked: A > B or A > C.
They need to be grouped and in fairly close proximity.
They need to be +/- four levels.
They need to both be 79th or lower.
And the quest/kill cannot be grey for either.

I don't understand how the boosting works. The booster can't be partied with the new toons. Does that mean the toons have to get the kills? That would be a lot more complicated than what I've been doing if I have to control the booster separately and make sure he isn't getting kills.

The booster can be partied with the low level characters and what you said above about having to boost
from account B or C in order to get the RaF bonus is correct. In your case, Account A cannot be the booster
    since you did A > B and A > C.

    Your RAF chains are:
    A > B
    A > C

Therefore AB have to both fulfill the RAF conditions for them to get the RAF bonus.
And AC have to likewise for both of those toons to get the bonus.

If you meet the AB requirements but not the AC requirements.
The AB characters still get triple experience because of RAF.

If you were to boost AB with a level 85 toon on C.
AB would still get 3x the experience, but AC would not.

When you kill mobs with AB (who are say level 3's), you might get 35 experience per kill on each toon.
If you are grouped with C who is much higher level, you might only get 5 experience per kill.
But C can run along spamming Arcane Explosion and one-shot a dozen mobs at once.
And you can have AB on auto follow, clearing out huge areas very rapidly.
While you only get 5 exp per kill, you are killing 20x as fast for say 3x as much experience per hour.

Boosting normally refers to instances, because instances are full of elites which are worth a lot more experience and are still very easy for a higher level to kill.
Where you park the lower toons near the zone in point.
Clear a bunch of the instance, and then either move the toons up or exit and reset the instance.

But you can boost quests just as easily.
The lowbies will receive 3x the turn in rewards, even if the higher level guy killed the mobs while they looted the armor scraps or whatever.

I thought about doing instances. I don't have any experience with them. I did some searching and couldn't even figure out how to get into an instance to solo it. I'm assuming I wouldn't be queuing for them.

I wish my booster was a mage but it is a moonkin. That will be ok for questing but I don't know about using it for boosting instances since the moonkin doesn't have good AoE and is slow.

Depends on the level of your druid.
If you're 70th, you shouldn't have any issue at all, boosting a pair of toons to 60th... and 35 will be rather easy, as Scarlet Monastery will likely be the hardest zone.

Moonfire is instant cast and that alone should kill lower level creatures.
You also have Hurricane or Starfall for AoE.

An alternative is to dual spec your Druid to feral.
When you're questing, a cat will kill mobs very quickly.
If you're boosting in an instance, a bear is a tank so you can take a lot of punishment.
And you can Swipe which is an AoE attack to kill a lot of mobs at once.

Cheaper auction house greens with Stamina and Agility would be good gear for a booster.

I'm level 62 right now. 1-60 went really quickly and then it slowed down significantly. I did RAF because leveling was a grind and now it feels like a grind again.

I can't imagine doing this with normal XP and I've also gotten used to having 3X firepower.
