My mate has done over 800 runs without it dropping. He camped the entrance, forum trolling and doing 5 runs per hour for weeks. Not one drop. He now spends his days /spitting on anyone in cities with the mount lol

This was back at lvl 70 though before achievements. He only has 55 kills on his stats page. He just completely gave up.
