Well I probably wasn't clear.

My normal play is fine, but there is a period in the evenings (peak time on server) where things go to hell. This is what I experienced before. There would be a few hours in the evenings sometimes where the latency would just go to 1000ms or higher. I couldn't log into zones, wouldn't respawn etc.

I 5 boxed all day and things were great. Came back and did the same thing in the evening and things were reminding me of what I use to see towards the end of my playing last year. It is possible it is my IP provider (Frontier Fios) but isn't just my home as a friend of mine that use to play WoW had the exact same thing (back a year ago) He was also FIOS.

The reason I assume it was more on blizzards end or at least that side of the network, as there were tons of folks having the same problem over a year ago. Long threads about it etc. Blizzard had even responded. It would only happen peak times typically.

I ran into the same thing, and then checked a few threads and seemed others were having the same issue (Like i said even a thread on it on this forum).

I can run a speed test this weekend .

My system is high end , 6 core extreme edition 980 (best cpu available back in november), 580GTX, solid state drives, 12 gig fast memory etc. FIOS internet, peak download of 20-25Mbit. I also have anti -virus software and update and scan regularly. (AVG).

Like I said when I had this problem before (Typically only at peak times), there were a ton of folks that were noticing the same thing. So while it might be my ISP pretty sure not on my end....
