Multiple Warlocks DoT question

Hi, I am thinking of joining wow again and want to PvP with multiple warlocks.

So I have 2 questions,
Will it work if multiple warlocks put corruption on the same target?
And how much % of health damage in general would 1 corruption do if it gets all its ticks on the target?

I just have this funny picture in my head of instant casting multiple DoTs on all the targets in the area.
But it will only work if it does any real damage.

I mean of course I will have to use other spells too but I'm hoping if I have 5 warlocks that say corruption will do a very good base damage to each player I target.

Edit: Maybe one more question, is there any other damage over time spell that I can also use on many targets. Hopefully has low cooldown and instant or short cast time.
