ISBoxer: Character in wrong window? Error

At one point I believe Lax talked about putting in an option into ISBoxer to *NOT* display the

"Character in wrong window? ISBoxer expected Xxxx but got Yyyyyy. Some functionality may not work correctly!"

error when a toon is logged in.

I get this error across all ten of my windows no matter which toon I log in since I use non-character specific settings that work with any character I log in. I log in/out about 8 toons an hour when playing (I like to switch out toons for drops in dungeons, to play special roles, etc. very frequently). It would really increase my quality of play not to have to click this message off on each window each time.

Does anyone know if this option has been added?

I tried it. The option you suggest Merc, isnt in... OR (now that I think about it), I dont have the latest patch. I'll patch tonight and try it again with wrong toon in window.

I have a bank toon that I am pushing all BoE items or White items to, and AHing everything... and I check it every day, so I am seeing the "wrong toon" every day.

After building a new system (copied over the old ISboxer setup) I'm getting the same message. I just click it away since I do not switch chars that often at the moment. Haven't figured out whats causing it.

If you get this message, then your characters ARE in the wrong window. It could affect some of the ATG's and macros... depending on how you have your team setup. Once you figure out which one is wrong, simply swap them one time, log in, log out, close WoW, and launch the team again without closing Innerspace or ISBoxer, by right clicking on the team name and choosing "Launch" option. After that, save ISBoxer and send to innerspace. Should work from there on out.

Just wanted to bump this, hoping Lax or someone else knows of a solution.

Been doing over 30 old raids per week and lots of heroics, and I honestly run a different crew in every single one of them, so am constantly swapping out toons. Manually clicking that message off of each toon I load in every time is going to drive me batty!

I did indeed put something in for this. Go into the Characters you made and set their "Actual Name" field to "*" (with no quotes) and this box will no longer pop up for that Character.
