    What I use on my pala/shaman team

    Bind to alt+1 (shaman1 only, shaman2 got alt+2 etc.)
    /assist Maintankname
    /focus
    /script SetRaidTarget("target", 3)

    Bind to 7 (on alll shaman)
    #showtooltip
    /clearfocus [@focus,dead]
    /stopcasting
    /targetenemy [noexists][dead][help]
    /focus [@focus,noexists]
    /cast [@focus,harm,nodead][]Hex
