    I believe that's caused by Interact With Target, and not necessarily wanted or done on purpose.
    You should check the video of Gruul from Svpernova to see this on a grand scale ;-)

    basically when clicking IWT the slave toons just all try and get to the mob/player/mine/herb/thingy and sometimes start spinning around it.
