WoW Clients on foreground?

Any chance to remove the 'Clients on foreground' with ISBoxer? When i want to change music or look on skype i need to click a zillion times before i see my desktop.

Window Layout -> Regions -> Click on each individual region -> Change the Always On Top Mode option

Also, pre-set Window Layouts that include the "Leave a Hole" option will allow easier access to your desktop.
