Not unless you like doing quests that are 'gray' which you don't get 300% XP for.

There is no secret path to leveling nor is there a big list which tells you exactly which quest to do. People tend
to skip collection quests because they can be quite annoying, however, you can't skip all collection quests
depending on the zone you're in or the quest chain that you're on. There are many different paths to choose
from while using questing to level that each person tends to do it their own way.

Since Blizzard has reduced the XP needed to level time and time again and has recently increased the level at
which RaF cuts off, leveling (regardless of method) is easier in every way.
