Think they dropped it solely to reduce load on their instance servers? It certainly did dissuade a lot of people from continuing to queue.
How on earth is this whole nerf linked to multiboxers in any way?

I farmed this boss for about 2-3 hours with my guildies... sure I ended up with less gold then if I did it alone, but we had some fun and talked shit on vent.

This "exploit" as they called it has no bearing in any way on multiboxers, it's just a weak "exploitable" design.
