You are running a mixed team? Just keep dispells up. I recall you only get the Chrom debuff if one of your guys gets all 4 debuffs.

Ok, so I must just have been very lucky the first time. Guess i'll try having 1 or 2 toons dispel all the time. The tactics i used last time was to dps while heroism lasted - and then take a round of all-toons-dispel-something-on all the party. And yes, i'm running with a mixed team.
Finally i got past Chromaggus again yesterday
Kept an eye on the debuffs, and had my priest + druid debuff like mad when the first toon had more than 3 debuffs. One of my toons got the Chromatic Mutation anyway, but the boss was at 1% so I got him down. No Judgement drops ofc
