Keyclone Transfer not going through

Hello, this has happened once before when I got a new computer last year. Here I am again with a new computer... trying to get my Keyclone to work.

I clicked transfer and entered the email with my paypal and I am not getting the email to accept the transfer.
I remember talking with someone on this website who helped me.
