Questions regarding Paladin’s Judgements (of the Pure, of the Just)

I read on Wowhead that Judgements are not overriden anymore, but wanted confirmation. Since one can spec-ced like this: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#scIrdbduzfZhrZc. If you have one paladin, and you judge, do you get those two benefits? The haste bonus from Pure and the poor’s man version of thunderclap?
And what if you have four paladins, I understand judgement doesn’t stack, but if all four paladins judged a toon, they each will get the individual benefit on the JotP, and one JotJ?
I am at level 76 on my four holy paladins. Just want to know if this works, it not, I will not put points into JotJ.
