You should be able to do most of Naxx with no problems. However, you will not be able to do Thaddius. You will probably have to have tank-capable pets for some of the bosses. Four horsemen will be interesting too, but if you split your team into four parts you might could do it. You'll have to burn Maex pretty fast to avid having everyone webbed. I did Naxx inc. Thaddius and the four Horsemen with Paladin + 4 Shaman.

As I attempted it without prior knowledge I did wipe first time on Thaddius - but after that I think burned down both the adds on one side whilst the tesla was active - can't remember my exact tactics but I think I remember healing through it.

Then I made the jump and finished the boss.

The four horsemen I can't remember my tactics! but I did it first time.
