If those are not aware you can still try and find tricks to deal with it, like calling out where the hammer lands. Spread out 5 markers evenly, and call them 1-2-3-4-5, have 1 guy assigned to always call out where hammer lands, even in transition phases. Another thing you can do is mark a very reliable player with star, and tell em to move with him (obviously keep spread out when you have to). Having a reference point is often very helpful for the less aware players. We raid 25ms and had 2 trials last night on rag that never did the fight. One melee dps had to stun the elementals in both transition phase, we gave him the easiest on (closest to melee) and a few dps paid more attention to his add. And for the rest we told him to do what other melee does, with focus on moving. It's not hard to follow others and move when they move. He did well and didn't screw up by just looking at what others did.
That being said, last phase on rag is gonna be fun with your guild if they can't dodge the lava walls in normal phase. Since there are fire balls chasing you, one player shits fire and hammer/walls are still happening.
Maybe it's worth it to have an attempt where you just practice movement, as in: no one dps's but the tank, everyone just moves as they are supposed to. Might be surprised how effective a couple of attempts like that can be.
