I tried to do what your video says, but its not working for me

Im using grid, healbot and clique, so I tried it by using grid and clique.

Instructions in the Video are straight foward and simple.

When I did the step 2 part for the Viewer, it isnt viewing the source.
On yor screen when you clicked Viewer to drag it over grid, the names were displaying in the viewer, on min eits just a green box thats transparent.

I got the same thing. I use a different setup which requires me to setup my healing mod on all other toons, but this would be a lot easier. I think there have been some changes to ISBoxer.
