trouble with keymap/character sets since adding a new toon to team

new question can i have a spammable ability on a button, that i have a round robin Mapped key on, thats sent to an ATG, without send the Round robin being sent

so basically one toon having a spammable button while another toon has a RR on the same button without th RR being activated?

ive got it set out so when i press + toons B ands C strafe left D and E strafe right, then - moves them up and down, making a square around my character (if you join the dots

what im wondering is can i set up a key like this?

New Keystroke Action: - Turn Mouse broadcasting on
- press my Death and Decay button
- Turn mouse broadcasting off
