I don't understand how this would work, because you can't cast Grounding Totem while feared. Therefore, only the Shaman that has Tremor totem ready for that rotation would end up casting Tremor Totem and you'd have no Grounding Totems down, unless you have some way of delaying the casting of Grounding totems until after Tremor is down. But I don't see how that would work.

I'm still learning but what I did for tremor totem, I set mine on keyboard "S" whenever i get feared, I press S, if I get fear again i switch window, and hit S again.

mastery gives a chance to proc a similar spell, haste gives you faster casts on dmg spells, aswell as healing spells. There isnt any right/wrong answer here, do what you like.

The way you handle tremor totem is both time consuming and not very effective. What software are you using?

Why not make a mapped key, for Tremor Totem.
Give it the hotkey: S, since you're already used to that.
Either:
a) Have one step for each Shaman, which sends the "S" key to that Shaman only... and likely set the mapped key to not advance to the next step for half a second or so, to protect you against accidentally spamming the key; or
b) Put each of your Shammies in the same Action Target Group, and use that ATG as the target for the single step on the Mapped Key... just check the box to round-robin, within the target group... probably do the same, do not advance for at least 0.5 seconds...

i've quit trying to 5 box 1 pala + 4 dk, and just went 4 dk and a healer friend, not that geared yet since my solo char is pulling alot of my attention atm
