    Spirit will only give ele shamans hit and mana regen. So Id say go for the stamina one, more survivability in arena = profit.

    Gladius show`s enemy casting bars aswell. You can configure it to show raid warnings when they pop CDs or casting dangerous spells

    Right, but your other enchant and gem advice say to go for dps (int, hit, mastery). Since you need at least SOME spirit to get to 4% hit, it seems like the leg enchant is a logical place to get some of that. If survivability were most important, wouldn't you gem for stamina and resilience? Maybe I'm just nitpicking here. Just struck me as contradictory advice, that's all. I realize you need a balance of survival and dps.

    You don't need any spirit to hitcap. Which basically gives 3 free points out of elemental precision to spend somewhere else. You can be entirely hitcapped from gear and reforging.

    Not enchant and gems, reforging.

    I use some resto pieces to get the hit cap which is 4 % for me since Im a Spacegoat. If you check out my spec you see that I have a total of 24 % dmg reduction with talents, and inc healing done to me by 15 % and healing done by me by 6 %. And my resilience gives me 39,11 % dmg reduction. This alone is enough to survive heavy burst waves. Stack intellect in all gem slots. And use reforging to get hit capped, after you are hit capped go for mastery or haste.
