next window and previous window hotkeys not working

seriously not one tip? thats all good, got it figured out with a tip from Kaische on isboxer chat. and thank you to Kaische since i think i forgot to thank him then.

Yeah... I thought this was already resolved. I was also in the ISBoxer chat room when you found a fix.
However, I also asked which version you were actually running and mentioned that you should try and update
your ISBoxer again but, you either ignored what I was saying or just didn't see it. The very latest version of
ISBoxer (39.1.815.1) does indeed have a specific fix for this and I was able to use the key maps you were
having trouble with without an issue (using the same and different hot keys).

When people say "latest" build but they rarely state which version they're actually using seeing as ISBoxer can
have multiple updates in a single day depending on what could be broken and how quick Lax is to fix any of
those existing issues.
