Depending on how high your graphics are set using DX11 I think you will be coming close to the 4GB system
RAM and 1GB video RAM limits. Technically the answer is, "Yes, that system will run Cataclysm." If you run
into issues though you'll either have to turn your video settings down or move to DX9 instead.

With low graphics in Wotlk with the same spec (except for Micro Athlon X2 3.2Ghz and Mobo GA-M68M-S2P) each client of wow only use 300-500 MB System RAM. But i ask beacause i dont know if in Cata Memory reqs are differents

No, I would say it is about the same. So you're looking at about 2.5GB for your 5 clients and then 1GB for the
OS putting you at 3.5GB total usage. However, the big change with Cataclysm was the introduction of DX11.
DX11 uses much more video RAM than DX9 does because it's shinier and fancier but will most likely give you
better frame rates until you start running out of video memory in which case... you may see artifacts, probably
a large drop in FPS, and/or stuttering.

    Definitely get more memory.
The poetry that comes from the squaring off between,
And the circling is worth it,
    Finding beauty in the
    dissonance

    Definitely more RAM.
If you haven't already bought the hardware and can afford spending a little more, you'll get MUCH better performance out of an Intel setup, especially the i7-2600K, which OC's easily.
    I'd also recommend Windows 7 64-bit over XP 64-bit.
