From q6600 to x6 was nice

Had seen the Thuron(?) X6 1100 and thought 6 physical cores could be cool over the i7 2600K 4 cores and 4 virtual cores. Read a rather telling comparison review that made my mind up:

And that's exactly why an Intel 4-core 2600 is more expensive than an AMD 6-core X6.

Ya but looking down the road the AMD plan of not including a gpu on the cpu seems to give them an edge, for us, as any gpu Intel uses is going to be too poor for us to use.

Of course a 32nm product will be supeior to a 45nm product.
