Default Would you start a Guild now?

I rerolled a Dk team on a PVP server and made it to 85 about 2 weeks ago.....I love it!. Joined a lvl 15 guild mostly for the xp boost while lvling and now I am contemplating staying or starting my own guild. My guild would just be me, no invites for anyone unless I know them irl.
So, is it even a realistic thought that maybe I could lvl a guild by myself by just doing dailies and BG randoms on one team? Im not looking to set a guild lvling record or anything, just trying to think about down the road....if it would benefit me more to have complete control of something Im contributing x5 to?

Other option would be to stay and ask for an officer title on my toons or buck the guild and join an existing lvl 25.

    Any thoughts?

After 2 weeks of being in a guild with the possible intention of leaving them on a whim, why would you want to
be an Officer? Also, why would a guild, after 2 weeks, give you an Officer position... do they just hand out that
    title to anyone that asks?

Just buy a guild to begin with. Aparantly there's an option which allows you to change the guildname. Not sure what the requirement for that are though.

Cause in the few weeks that I've in the guild, I've already contribute alot of xp. And they know that. I am just trying to figure out where to start putting xp that would benefit me the most.
And I've been 85 for two weeks, been in the guild since getting out of dk zone....so maybe a month.

I would do it, its just time. The benefits of joining a max level guild are pretty slim if you don't care about playing with other players anyways. I miss the guild bank access for myself for sure.

Being an Officer is holding a position of leadership. Just because you can contribute the largest amount of XP
towards the guild does not make you a good leader at all nor does it warrant being an Officer. If the guild
leader is competent they will make the right decision as to who is an Officer and who is not based on their
leadership skills. On the other hand, if they're just handing out titles to their closest friends, well... good luck
    with that.

As for whether or not you should start your own guild with just yourself... the choice is simple:
Do you want to log in and there be people online you can talk to or do you want to log in to a guild that is
completely empty? I would find that the latter would become boring very quickly regardless of how "in
    control" I was.

the best way i have found to get you guild level up is arena.
You could just invite people to you new guild to help level it up. just send them a wispier " Hey i was wondering if you were interested in joining a guild? find people using the "WHO" tab start with deathknights 55-59
60% said yes to joining mine. once you get to level 5 you get the revenue guild perk, free gold then.
The only downside of having you own guild is that if you want the guild rewards you might have to get friends or do them yourself.
So join a level 25 guild with everything unlocked, Get to Exalted then buy all the stuff your toons need and then create your guild!
