Thanks for the elaborate replies, those leave me in doubt now though.
Go with the HP and put in an other better graphics card, or assemble a new PC from scratch.

If I were you, I would steer away from the HP. That 460 watt power supply is cutting it close, and often big manufacturers use cheap power supplies that don't put out their rated power load. In your case I would look at a build like this(I'd link parts, but I'm in the US and the links would be no good to you) these parts and prices were pulled off of newegg. Again, I'm not sure what the situation is with buying parts in your part of the world, but this is a quick and dirty summary in USD.

Intel Core i5-2500 - $210 or if you really prefer the 2600 because of the hyper-threading(which I don't think matters in WoW) - $300
    Asrock P67 Extreme - $150
    8GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 - $60
    1TB WD Black HDD - $85
    Average Radeon HD 6950 - $270
    OEM DVD/CD burner - $20
    Corsair TX750 power supply - $110
Cooler Master Storm Scout Case - $80
    OEM Windows 7 Professional 64-bit -$140

So $1125 USD with the 2500 or $1215 USD with the 2600

And either of these machines would run many instances of WoW without a problem. I know these kinds of decisions suck, so good luck with your choice =)
